Taste of the Hill is an annual fundraiser event designed to celebrate the diverse community and cuisine of Federal Hill and its neighbors. This year we were joined by Judge Frank Caprio, a well-known judge and attorney from humble beginnings.  His parents, Antonio and Filomena Caprio, sold fruit from a pushcart on Federal Hill. We were proud to hear from him and present him with our Distinguished Service Award.
